Rosaly Alexander launched Executive Pilates in New York City to introduce Pilates into the corporate environment. The focus being on small mat classes or individual private sessions for employees and executives.

Rosaly received her training and certification from the highly regarded Kane School of Core Integration in New York City.  A body college for exercise and rehabilitation as well as a Pilates teacher training center that stands alone in its method of improving strength and stability.

With over eight thousand teaching hours she continues her education through workshops, seminars,  and personal sessions. Rosaly has extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, posture and gait analysis.

Rosaly has experience teaching all types of fitness populations, including dancers, athletes, pre & post natal, seniors citizens, and clients with injuries and special rehabilitation issues. She has a meticulous eye for pinpointing what creates an imbalance in the body, and giving the client what they need to create balance, helping them understand how their body works along the way.

Only the Best - Executive Pilates' instructors are certified and carefully selected for their educational backgrounds and expertise as well as their ability to inspire. Each one of our staff challenges clients in new ways, and brings fresh perspective to the meaning of movement and body awareness. Executive Pilates wants your employees to bring Pilates out of the class and have it added to every day movements as well.

We will match the best teacher to suit your employee's needs.  At Executive Pilates we hire Pilates "teachers", and not just Pilates "instructors".  Our teachers understand to explain why the exercises work to strengthen and stabilize.

Unlike the mat classes in your gym, our Pilates teachers are not there to work out; they walk around and correct form and alignment as opposed to just teaching the movement.

A great exercise method in the hands of a mediocre instructor--even one with a credential--is nothing more then a mediocre exercise.
