One-on-one Pilates Mat

Executive Pilates believes that individualized/personal training is one of the most time-effective and time-efficient ways to get and stay in shape. With today’s hectic lifestyles and schedules it is impossible to have set hours to train. We also understand that busy schedules don't always allow going to a gym to workout.

Our Pilates instructors specialize in on-site and in home training.

Each trainer is equipped with the necessary equipment to achieve the results needed. We offer a menu of customized training options, including one-on-one, semi-private, or small group training. We also offer early morning to evening appointments.

Private Pilates Apparatus Sessions - With specialized Pilates equipment, spring resistance provides the assistance needed to perform movements one might not otherwise be able to do on their own. The apparatus is a tool used to help participants understand and achieve perfect form, allowing quicker progression. Equipment work is done under the guidance of a trained instructor who focuses solely on form and technique. This personalized instruction better addresses the specific needs of each person.

One-on-one Rehab Session - Pilates is now seeing wide use in sports medicine clinics and rehabilitation hospitals in the US and around the world.  Pilates can be used as a fantastic tool for rehabilitating an injury. Specific tailor-made classes pinpoint the weak areas of the body and relevant exercise are taught to create a more balanced and injury free body.

Pilates reintroduces movement with nondestructive forces early in the rehabilitation process, which leads to an overall faster healing time. Pilates is the best system for retaining long-term benefits to the muscles and joints. Pilates is been known to help-

  • Back & Spinal Injuries
  • Knee & feet Injuries
  • Scoliosis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Shoulder Injuries
  • Hip Replacement
  • Pre-natal & Post Partum
  • Cancer Recovery
  • Multiple Sclerosis & Fibromyalgia
